Ichi Sushi is about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station. Tucked away from the main street, it is a relaxing hideaway for adults. It opened in November 2021, and now we welcome customers from all over the world every day, from Fukuoka to beyond. We make full use of delicious seafood from Kyushu and Fukuoka, delivering 'deliciousness' to people everywhere.

Every morning, our chef goes to the market with our customers' smiles in mind. Starting with a carefully selected fish dish, we offer sushi made with specially selected rice and fresh fish, and finishing the course with a small seafood ramen. You can experience owner chef Harada's culinary career in one course. Please enjoy seasonal sushi and ramen.

We have sake that goes well with fish dishes and sushi. We offer more than 20 types every day, including sake from all over Japan and hard-to-get premium sake.We also offer sake pairings.
Chef's flower arrangement
The fresh flower arrangements in the shop are one of the chef's hobbies. Please enjoy seeing the beautiful Japanese seasons.
